How do I get a refund?

Refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days after we approve the request.

How do I track an order?
You can easily track your order's journey. Once your order ships, we will send you a confirmation email containing a tracking link. You can also find this link in your account under the "Orders" section.
The tracking information will become active once the shipping label is created, which can take up to 24–48 hours after your item has been dispatched. The tracking page shows your order's current status, estimated delivery date, and the courier handling it.

How do I modify an order?
Of course. We understand that sometimes you need to make a change.
You can modify your order within 1–2 hours of placing it. The quickest way is to log into your account, go to the "Orders" section, and select the "Edit" option on your recent purchase. Here, you can change your delivery address, adjust item quantities, or add/remove products.
Once an order has started processing or has been dispatched, we can no longer make changes. If the modification window has passed, the best approach is to cancel the original order (if possible) and place a new one with the correct details.

How do I cancel an order?

You can cancel your order within 1–2 hours of making the purchase.
