This Shipping Policy forms part of our Terms & Conditions and explains how we deliver physical products purchased through our website.
1. Delivery Areas
We currently deliver to:
- England
- Scotland
- Wales
- Northern Ireland (subject to carrier restrictions)
We do not currently offer international shipping unless expressly stated at checkout.
Certain postcode areas (including Highlands, Islands, and remote locations) may be subject to extended delivery times or additional charges.
2. Age-Restricted Products (Alcohol)
Some products we sell, including alcohol, are age-restricted.
By placing an order for alcohol, you confirm that:
- You are 18 years of age or over, and
- The recipient of the delivery is also 18 years of age or over.
We operate a Challenge 25 policy. Delivery drivers may request valid photo ID upon delivery. If valid ID is not provided, the order may be refused and returned to us. We reserve the right to cancel alcohol orders if age verification requirements are not met.
3. Order Processing & Cut-Off Time
Our order cut-off time is:
1:00 PM (Monday to Friday, excluding UK bank holidays).
- Orders placed before 1:00 PM on a working day will be processed the same day.
- Orders placed after 1:00 PM will be processed the next working day.
- Orders placed on weekends or bank holidays will be processed on the next working day.
4. Delivery Timeframes
For items shipped from our central inventory:
- Standard UK Delivery:
Order by 1:00 PM (Day 1) → Delivery on Day 3 (2 working days).
Deliveries are made Monday to Friday only.
Example:
Order Monday before 1PM → Delivered Wednesday.
These timeframes are estimates and not guaranteed unless explicitly stated.
5. Dropshipped Products
Some products are fulfilled directly by third-party suppliers (“dropshipped products”).
For dropshipped items:
- Delivery times may differ from our standard 2-working-day service.
- Estimated delivery times will be shown on the product page or at checkout where applicable.
- We are not in direct control of third-party handling and dispatch times.
If your order contains both warehouse and dropshipped items, they may arrive separately.
While we work only with trusted suppliers, we are not liable for delays caused by third-party fulfilment partners, courier disruptions, customs delays (where applicable), or events outside our reasonable control.
6. Shipping Costs
Shipping fees are calculated at checkout and will be clearly displayed before payment.
We reserve the right to amend shipping charges at any time, but changes will not affect orders already confirmed.
7. Failed Deliveries & Re-Delivery Charges
If:
- No one is available to accept delivery (including age verification for alcohol), or
- The delivery address provided is incorrect or incomplete,
The courier may:
- Attempt redelivery, or
- Return the parcel to us.
We reserve the right to charge additional delivery fees for re-dispatch.
8. Risk & Responsibility
Under the Consumer Rights Act 2015, goods remain our responsibility until they are delivered to you (or a person identified by you to receive them).
Once delivered, responsibility for the goods passes to you.
9. Delays Outside Our Control
We are not responsible for delays caused by:
- Courier service disruptions
- Severe weather
- Industrial action
- Incorrect delivery details provided by the customer
- Events beyond our reasonable control (Force Majeure)
In such cases, we will take reasonable steps to minimise disruption.
10. Damaged or Missing Items
If your order arrives damaged or incomplete, you must notify us within 48 hours of delivery by contacting:

Failure to notify us within this timeframe may affect our ability to resolve the issue.
