Classic notes of Juniper berry are lifted by locally sourced and foraged Thyme, Douglas Fir and lemon balm. Big Botanical notes are rounded by chamomile & angelica. Late additions of Fresh Orange & lemon lift this Gin to a beautiful refreshing finish.
